Training that Matches Your Experience

Executive Flight Training

We offer insurance approved flight training to professionally minded pilots. We operate under FAA Part 61 and emphasize the “Train to Proficiency” concept. Your training schedule is based on your flying ability, recent experience, and time in type – not some arbitrary timeline. We aren’t a big school so our instructors get to know you, learn your strengths and weaknesses, and put together a program tailored to your training objective(s). It’s a concept that works. Our clients have been returning every year for the past 20 years!

Fly Safe Train Smart™

Simulator and In-Aircraft Training

Choose the training combination that meets your insurance and training goals. Our Fly Safe Train Smart™ concept gives you the choice of combining a full-motion simulator with in-aircraft training using your aircraft. This insurance approved training combination allows you to practice system failures, upsets, engine failures, failed instruments, and more in a realistic and safe environment.
No longer do you have to pay a high price to experience the benefits of a full motion simulator.
Our full motion simulators replicate your aircraft utilizing an electric motion platform including a five channel visual system and control feedback.
We offer unparalleled avionics choices including:
Garmin G-1000Nxi
Garmin G-1000
Collins Proline 21
Garmin 750 with Garmin 600
Garmin 530W with the standard panel
It is the combination of this state of the art system with training from some of the most experienced instructors in the country that results in an incredible value that other schools simply cannot match.

Fly Safe Train Smart™

Professional Flight Training for Owner-Operators

Here at EFT, we emphasize our Train to Proficiency concept. Each student’s training schedule is based on their flying ability and recent experience. We tailor all of our programs to each individual student’s training needs.

The Avionics of many Legacy turbine and piston airplanes have become more advanced over the years. It can be increasingly difficult as an owner-operator to maintain control of your airplane while also learning about your upgraded Avionics system at the same time.

The FAA has determined a new standard for how aircraft training should be conducted and it’s called the FAA/Industry Training Standards (FITS). EFT follows the FITS syllabus for all of the aircraft we train in.

Here at EFT, we offer an Emergency Procedures course for our Owner-Operator Pilots. We also offer Mentoring and even IFR finish up programs to further hone your skills as an owner operator and to keep you ahead of the curve on the latest FAA regulations/changes.

Call us today to learn more about our training programs and how you can become a safer pilot with our Fly Safe, Train Smart customized programs.

Executive Prop Training, SafePilot, Owner-Operator
“I can’t find adequate words of thanks and praise that I have for the Executive Flight Training (EFT) team. Just five days after completing my C414 initial training, I found myself in a situation where I needed to execute a precautionary shutdown of my left engine. I was initially shocked by the situation but my superb EFT training quickly kicked in and I was able to safely and professionally execute a single engine landing without any problems. The instructors at EFT are the best in the world; I honestly feel like they gave me another day to hug my wife, kids and grandkids. Thank you so much EFT!!!”
