Executive Flight Training
The training to proficiency concept is the hallmark of our business. We strive to make your training event challenging and informative by creating an individualized lesson plan that reinforces the skills you have already mastered while introducing the latest operational and procedural changes that enhance safety and efficiency. This is accomplished in our simulator, your airplane or by combining both in our Fly Safe Train Smart™program.

Frequent Asked Questions
What does your ground school cover?
We know from experience how redundant ground school can be. The endless, mindless repetition of system minutia becomes tedious. There can be long and detailed explanations of how a starter generator designed in 1950 operates instead of the learning industry reviewed best practices. You can’t help but think about how much time and money you’re wasting. The worst part is you aren’t learning anything new. Here at EFT, we put the focus on current, real-world accidents, incidents, and data to emphasize human factors and systems failures to create an individualized curriculum that makes you sit up, pay attention, and self-evaluate your own techniques and procedures.
Do you offer King Air type ratings?
Yes, we do all of your training in your 300/350 and help you find a DPE to administer your Type Ride. We can also offer a combination of in-aircraft and simulator training as well.
Are you approved by my insurance company?
